Cancellation PolicyWe understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To keep things clear and fair for everyone, we apply the following cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
If you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival.
In this case, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or no‑show.
For cancellations within the last 7 days, or if the guest does not show up, the full amount will be charged.
Early departure.
No refunds are provided for early departures.
Reservation changes.
Changes are possible depending on availability. Please contact us in advance so we can assist you.
