Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and anywhere on the property.
This includes all indoor areas, terraces, outdoor spaces and the pool area.
An additional cleaning fee may apply if this rule is violated.
Visitors
Visitors are not allowed.
Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
This ensures the safety, privacy and comfort of all guests.
Respect for the Accommodation
Please treat the furniture, appliances and facilities with care.
Any damage or malfunction should be reported immediately.
Noise & Quiet Hours
Please be considerate of neighbours and other guests.
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted.
Swimming Pool (seasonal)
The pool is available during the summer months.
Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Glassware is not allowed in or around the pool area for safety reasons.
Kitchen & Shared Spaces
Shared areas should be left clean and tidy after use.
Please wash dishes, dispose of waste properly and keep personal items organised.
Safety
Make sure to lock doors and windows when leaving the accommodation.
Use all facilities responsibly and safely.
Check‑in & Check‑out
Check‑in and check‑out times will be communicated in advance.
Please respect these times so we can prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
