General Terms & Booking Conditions

These General Terms and Booking Conditions apply to all reservations made for our accommodation. By completing a booking, guests agree to these conditions.


1. Reservation & Payment

A reservation is confirmed once the booking has been completed through our website or a booking platform.


Full payment or a deposit may be required depending on the platform or booking method.


Prices include the use of the accommodation and facilities as described in the listing.


2. Check‑in & Check‑out

Check‑in is available from 15:00.


Check‑out must be completed before 11:00.


Early check‑in or late check‑out is only possible upon request and subject to availability.


3. Number of Guests

Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed to stay in the accommodation.


Visitors are not allowed at any time.


Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted.


4. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and anywhere on the property.


Violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees.


5. House Rules

All guests must follow the house rules provided before or upon arrival.


Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.


6. Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furniture, appliances or facilities.


Any damage must be reported immediately.


Costs for repair or replacement may be charged to the guest.


7. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation conditions apply as stated in the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.


No refunds are given for early departure.


8. Use of Facilities

Facilities such as the swimming pool (if applicable) may only be used during the designated periods and under the stated conditions.


Guests use all facilities at their own responsibility.


9. Safety

Guests must ensure that doors and windows are properly closed when leaving the accommodation.


The property owner is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.


10. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies), the accommodation may cancel or modify reservations without liability.


Guests will be informed as soon as possible.


11. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


12. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the region where the accommodation is located.
